Standard Specifications

Bed	Conveying surface widths: 28", 34", 40", 46", 52", 58", and 64". Tapered rollers with 2½" diameter at large end, 11 gauge steel construction, 11⁄16" hex shaft. Mounted in 4" and 6" x 4 gauge powder-coated formed steel channel frames. Sections bolted together with butt couplings and include floor supports.
Drive Chain	No. 50 circular roller chain.
Floor Supports	Heavy-duty adjustable supports (HD-7), 30¼" to 40" from floor to top of roller. One support at each end and intermediate supports with knee braces at every bed joint.
Center Drive	Mounted underneath the conveyor for compact design and balanced drive power.
Bearings	Sealed, pre-lubricated ball bearings for maintenance-free operation.
Chain Guard	Fully enclosed chain guards above and below the roller frame for operator safety.
Speed Reducer	Heavy-duty worm gear C-Face mounted speed reducer for reliable performance.
